This year, we introduced Tapping (EFT) as a new St This year, we introduced Tapping (EFT) as a new Staff Appreciation Event wellness experience at two of our partner elementary schools. πŸ’™ Through guided reflection and tapping techniques, educators learned practical tools to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support their overall well-being both at school and at home.
